  • You are responsible for having valid ID, passport, and insurance for travel.
  • Bookings must match the name on your travel documents.

  • Re-entry is generally not allowed unless stated.
  • Events may be recorded — attendance implies consent.
  • Some events may include effects unsuitable for sensitive individuals.

9. Event Cancellations, Postponement, and Alterations

Cancellations:

  • If an event is cancelled, you may receive a refund minus processing fees.
  • If part of a multi-day event is cancelled, a partial refund may be offered.

Rescheduling:

  • Event dates and start times may change. This is common for football fixtures due to TV scheduling, policing requirements, or domestic and European cup competitions.
  • When you purchase tickets, you are purchasing access to the event, not a guaranteed date or kick-off time.
  • If an event, including a football fixture, is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date and time.
  • No refunds are offered for date or kick-off time changes, regardless of the reason for the change. This includes matches moved within the same weekend, typically Saturday to Sunday, and matches moved from a weekend to a midweek date, for example, Tuesday to Thursday.
  • If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we may attempt to resell the tickets on your behalf. Resale is not guaranteed.
  • Personal circumstances, travel arrangements, or inability to attend the rescheduled date do not qualify for a refund.

Material Alterations:

  • You may be eligible for a refund if an event changes significantly.
  • Changes that are not considered material include changes to the event date or start time, venue changes, artist substitutions, weather conditions, or scheduling changes.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are only issued if authorised by the Event Partner.
  • Returned tickets must be received within 28 days.
  • Certain ticket types (e.g. personalised or perishable) are non-refundable.

Resale Support:

• If you are unable to attend the rescheduled fixture, Mission Impossible Tickets will do its best to resell the tickets on your behalf.

• Resale depends on demand, timing, and market conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

• Where tickets are successfully resold, proceeds will be returned to the customer, less any reasonable costs incurred.

• Mission Impossible Tickets cannot guarantee that tickets will be resold or that the full original ticket value will be recovered.

Customer Responsibility:

• It is your responsibility to check confirmed match dates and kick-off times before making travel or accommodation arrangements.

• Confirmed bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • You are responsible for travel and accommodation booked separately.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or negligence causing death/injury.

11. Queries and Complaints

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order reference.
  • We may take up to 30 days to resolve issues that require Event Partner involvement.
  • We aim to resolve disputes fairly and quickly.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
  • Any disputes will be handled in Singaporean courts.
  • If any part of the Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
  • Terms may differ by event and can change without notice.
  • In case of conflict, these Terms override those printed on tickets.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g. weather, war, strike, etc.).
