Shipping Policy

1. We ship internationally via courier.
The cost of shipping will be advised at the time of your booking. Orders within the UK are sent using a secure, signed-for delivery service at the agreed rate. We also offer a free courier service within Central London. Please note: we only ship to residential or commercial addresses and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

2. Dispatch timelines may vary.
Orders are usually dispatched 7–10 days before the event. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and in some cases, tickets may arrive as late as the day of the event. We will keep you informed of your order status.

3. Collection is possible by prior arrangement.
If preferred, you may collect your order from our office, provided this is arranged with us in advance.

4. We are not liable for lost or stolen tickets after delivery.
Once tickets have been delivered, Mission Impossible is not responsible for any loss or theft.
