Event Guarantee
The tickets and hospitality packages available on our website are based on confirmed allocations from trusted partners, official suppliers, and our own allocations. Availability reflects capacity at the time of sale.
On the rare occasion that an event organiser makes a change, such as rescheduling or cancelling an event, these decisions sit outside our control. If plans change, we are committed to supporting you clearly and fairly.
Our Event Guarantee explains what happens if an event is rescheduled or cancelled.
If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If an event is cancelled outright, you will receive a full refund. Our customer service team will contact you with next steps relating to your order.

Cancelled event
If the event you have booked is cancelled or will be operated behind closed doors.
If your booked event is cancelled or is to be held behind closed doors, you will have 2 options.
Option 1: Keep the order amount as a credit to be used for another event. You can use the credit against any future purchase.
Option 2: Full refund
Rescheduled Events & Football Fixtures
If an event is postponed or moves to a new date or time, your tickets will remain valid. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we will do our best to resell the tickets on your behalf and aim to recover their value where possible. Resale depends on demand and timing and cannot be guaranteed.
Football match dates and kick-off times can change more frequently than other events. This is common and usually relates to TV scheduling or domestic and European cup competitions.
As with other events, when you purchase football tickets, you are purchasing access to the fixture rather than a fixed date or kick-off time.
Fixture dates are usually confirmed around four to six weeks before the match, providing greater certainty closer to the event.
If a football match is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, we will do our best to help you sell the tickets
