Purchase Policy
1. Mission Impossible is a global ticket broker.
We specialise in sourcing hard-to-get tickets for sold-out events. Thanks to our broad network of sources, we offer access to a wide range of seats for events in cities around the world. Due to the effort and costs involved, tickets are sold above face value.
2. Ticket dispatch times may vary.
We aim to send tickets as early as possible. In rare cases, delivery may be as late as the day of the event.
3. Seating together is not guaranteed.
Tickets are typically sold in pairs. While we try to accommodate group bookings or odd numbers, we cannot guarantee that all seats will be together unless previously confirmed in writing. We will always do our best to notify you of seating details.
4. Tickets may be subject to taxes.
Any applicable taxes will be included in your quoted ticket price.
5. If your selected tickets are unavailable…
We reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your tickets (with a partial refund for downgrades) or cancel the order entirely with a full refund.
6. All prices are quoted in GBP (Sterling).
7. Deposits are non-refundable.
8. Lost or stolen tickets are not our responsibility.
Once tickets are delivered, Mission Impossible is not liable for their loss or theft.
9. Duplicate tickets are not guaranteed.
We cannot always replace lost or damaged tickets with duplicates.
10. Check your tickets upon receipt.
We recommend checking your tickets immediately. Mistakes cannot always be corrected after dispatch.
11. Pricing errors may occur.
If a pricing mistake happens, we will contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.
12. Multiple events may incur separate delivery charges.
When purchasing tickets for events on different dates, postage may be charged for each delivery.
13. Cancelled or rescheduled shows.
If a show is rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid. If it is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be offered. It is your responsibility to stay updated on event changes.
14. Weather-related disruptions are beyond our control.
No refunds or compensation will be given for disruptions caused by adverse weather or resulting travel delays.
15. Force majeure clause.
We are not responsible for issues caused by events beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, civil unrest, or transport unavailability.
16. All sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. If requested, we may place your tickets on a “try to sell” basis, but this is not guaranteed.
