Elland Road
Leeds United were founded in 1919 and have played at Elland Road for every one of the years since, which makes the ground older than the club that occupies it. It is one of the loudest grounds in the country when it is full, and it does not need a big occasion to get there.
The four sides are the East, West, North and South Stands, though the club also honours Don Revie, John Charles, Jack Charlton and Norman Hunter in their naming. Leeds railway station sits about two miles away, which is a walk of half an hour or so, and most supporters take a bus or a taxi from the city centre.
